DATA & FILE OVERVIEW

1. File List: 
Arduino Code: test_motor for running the stepper motor. test_disable is used to disable the motor and set the current.

Python Code: switch_test gives parameters of a switch.
	     params out gives useful operating parameters
	     pulse.py is used for plotting a pulse train
	     one_way_traces_mask is used for analysing the repeatability data
Inventor files: Contains the inventor files for the L-brackets, and adapters as well as a case for the electronics

Figures and Pictures: Some figures from the data are in the main folder. 
	Paper figures subfolder contains the code and data used for all the figures in the manuscript, along with the figures themselves.

Picoscope traces contains the raw data traces in .mat format used by the Python code
